Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We confirm every order by email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times, shipping costs and return conditions are described in our shipping and returns policy.
Product use and safety
Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Patch test lash adhesives and gel products 24 hours before first use, keep adhesives away from the eyes and waterline, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
