How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–6 days in the US and 6–12 days to most other countries.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $9.90 and free on orders over $59. Prices are in US dollars; import duties, if any, depend on your country.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened lash and adhesive products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
How do I choose my press-on nail size?
Every set includes 12 sizes, so you do not need to measure before ordering. Press each tip against your nail and choose the one that covers it from side wall to side wall.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout with PayPal. Any card or guest checkout options available to you are shown by PayPal before you approve payment.
