Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how returns work. Prices are in US dollars.
Shipping rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $9.90 per order.
- Free shipping on orders over $59.
- We ship from the United States to customers worldwide.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.
Returns
You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened lash clusters, lash adhesives, nail glue or gel products unless they are faulty.
How to start a return
- Email info@hapince.tech with your order reference.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once the parcel arrives, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost. You can also reach us through our contact page.
